External monitor only works with bootcamp

My 2019 MacBook Pro 16 inch as of about a month ago has stopped working completely with external monitors plugged in via usb-C or HDMI with an adapter. For some reason, the problem disappears when I boot into bootcamp Windows 10.

It was connected while I was doing an upgrade. The monitor is working fine with other computers so this is related to the software I suppose Thanks Dawid

Mac Studio won't output display signal over USB-C or HDMI Hi, I just received a Mac Studio M1 Ultra today. Right out of the box, it would not display anything to my Lenovo T32p-20 4K monitor via USB-C/thunderbolt. The monitor works fine with the same cable on my MacBook Pro M1. Same issue if I connect via HDMI - no output. The only way I can get a picture is my unplugging and reconnecting USB-C to the same port. However, after reboot, the problem comes back again. Both my computers are running 13.2.1. I will try a different monitor and will report back.

what make&model display, exactly, or a link to its specs?

what cables, adapters, and dock are you using to make the connection? please mention every item in the chain.
