Thank you very much for your help.
In general, I deleted ALL the applications one by one, nothing helped. Spontaneous reboots remained the same as they were - after the only first update from Monterey to Sonoma, reboots became less frequent, including after turning on the USB devices, there were fewer reboots, but they did not go away completely. Everything is the same, after sleep mode, sometimes - spontaneous reboots occur. And very rarely spontaneous TURNING ON OF THE MAC!
I remembered that this began after installing some programs, perhaps Adobe and changing the sleep function. It seems I turned it off through the terminal, and then turned it on again.
But now, a NEW PROBLEM has appeared)))
After installing this ****** update, the Mac began to work even more glitchy and slower and this is not self-hypnosis. I think I am far from the only one who thinks that MAC updates, both on the iPhone and on the Mac, only make things worse. Actually, this is the same in this case. Please advise - what is the best way to reinstall the system and roll back to Monterey? I'll also do a full format, maybe it will help... I've never done this before...
I'm currently testing the Mac in safe mode. If there are no reboots in this mode, what does this mean?
Thank you very much in advance!
