My update is not working

It says it downloaded but it didn’t :(

What happens when you try?


Make sure you:

• Are using a WiFi connection (not a hotspot).

• You have an active cell signal (You need both WiFi and cellular service to perform the upgrade).

• Are not using a VPN connection.

• Have your battery charged at least 50%. Better yet, keep it plugged in during the update.

• Do not have power save mode turned on.

• Do not have a beta version installed.

• You have at least 10 gigs of storage available.

• You need to charge your phone to at least 50% as it clearly shows in your screenshot, better yet leave it plugged onto power while updating.

• You need both WiFi and cellular to update wirelessly. If you can't have both, then update it using a computer.

•You need to have an iPhone 8 or higher to install iOS 16.
