I have regular crashes of MAIL and SAFARI, plus my computer randomly shuts down and restarts. I had my whole system wiped and rebooted and it still occurs regularly. Crash report below, any smart people know what's going on??

Mail and Safari themselves are very mature packages, and seeing either one encounter a Page Fault (a reference to memory outside of their allocation) is extremely RARE. Seeing BOTH with that same fault suggests an issue onside of both of them.
The most common cause of this is third-party virus checkers:
By far the easiest way to cause poor performance, instability, overheating and crashing is to install ANY third-party speeder-uppers, Cleaners, Optimizers, or Virus scanners, Bit Torrent, or a VPN that you installed yourself. They are relentless in scanning your files, non-stop, looking for virus-like patterns in Everything, or looking for files that have changed. When completed, they do it all again.
Consider downloading and running this little "discovery" utility, Etrecheck. It changes NOTHING. Etrecheck was developed by senior contributor here, and uses system calls to collect often-needed information.
it contains little tests for speeds of devices, CPU utilization, memory usage, energy usage and a digest of recent problems, in one easy to use package. it does not even need to be Installed. Because less can be learned when your Mac is running great, best time to run is when your problems are actually occurring, if possible.
if you follow the directions faithfully, its report (pre-laundered of all personally-identifiable information) can be "Shared" to the System ClipBoard, then Pasted into an ‘Additional Text’ window in a reply on the forums.

I have been having this issue for 2 years now, through 3 OS versions, and a complete computer wipe when it wouldn’t even start. It’s run less and less well for the last 4 months (since wipe and reinstall), and only 2 days ago I tried out Clean My Mac in pure desperation, and after reading that it might be malware related.
After a few maintenance scans in case of malware I deleted a few Ad related suspicious items but nothing else was amiss. So I’ll delete it and won’t use again.
BUT, this was installed literally 2 days ago, and if there is something at the crash log that points to it I’m happy to remove and repost next time it does crash, which is all the time. As far as I can tell this machine is a pure lemon, it’s a 2019 Intel that has caused nothing but troubles my 2012 MacBook Pro still runs like a farm as does my M2 Max MacBook Pro. I was hoping to start reusing this as a work only light use machine, but if it crashes this often I don’t see the point.
Anyway, anyone sees something in these logs that points to something that can be addressed with Apple I’d really appreciate the info. Thanks in advance.
