How/why isn’t Siri available as a topic to choose for a question? As one of Apple’s/the iPhone’s most prominent and well-known features, this seems like a big oversight. I would love to understand the reasons for its absence.

Siri is available across many devices that use a different OS where Siri will perform differently. The correct way to ask a question about Siri is to go to the section for the device that you are using. An answer to a question about Siri on the HomePod will be completely different than an answer for the iPhone.
