What is the app with a purple heart and a white background on my iPhone ?

It's on my friends boyfriends phone so I can't view it sadly... she is worried it's a dating app but we've searched and can't find it... it definitely isn't the Apple Health app as that's a pink heart in the top half of the white box. This one is as per the image shared previously by someone else!

Look in your download history for the icon, and it will tell you what it is. It should also have a name under the icon on your home screen. What does that say?

I'd like to know what this app is too? Anyone else seen it, have it, or know what it's for?

If it's not the Health app, maybe it's one of several for locating the nearest AED ("automated external defibrillator").
