I am unable to access my old iPad with the old passcode
I’m trying to get in my passcode it seems not working from my iPad from the pawnshop I do own this iPad before I just got back from pawn

You will need to reset the iPad:
If you forgot your iPad passcode, use your Mac or PC to reset it - Apple Support
You may be able to reset the Passcode without another Mac or PC if you are given the Forgot Passcode option here:
You will need the Apple ID and Apple ID Password used when it was first set up, otherwise it will be locked to that Apple ID.
