Student Apple Music verification link not working

I’m getting notified that I need to verify my student status on Apple Music. When I go into manage subscriptions and verify student status the link never opens the Unai verification. I get a message verifying my Face ID but I it takes me nowhere it stays on the Apple Music page and the link never lets me open the verification page. I tried clicking the verification button on my iPhone and my iPad as well as on online.

Public school eligibility for educational rates / Creator Studio Apple has promoted their educational rates for Creator Studio. I am a public high school teacher and cannot get verified to receive the educational rate. The process isn't smooth and I'm not sure what to do next. It is managed through Sheer ID, but when I go through the steps of requesting verification I get a dialogue box that says This offer is unavailable. The academic institution you have selected is not eligible for this offer. My question - are public high schools not eligible for this? If so, why not? Appreciate any guidance that can be provided.

Why am I not getting a verification code for MTN Apple Music sign in? I’ve successfully registered for MTN Apple Music but whenever I open the app to get a verification, it never arrive, I’ve cleared my message box to free up space, I get OTP from other apps except Apple
