If I interpreted your response correctly, you do not have Pages documents as email attachments, but actual emails forwarded to you as .eml attachments. If these are not .eml format email attachments, then you are probably done at this point.


One can right-click on the .eml attachment and open it in Apple Mail. That will open a small separate window displaying the attachment. On its toolbar, there is a printer icon that you click. On the resulting print panel, click PDF and select Save as PDF to your Desktop. You can then open that PDF in Apple's Preview and export it as a JPG image.
