I wanted to delete my child's account, but

instead my account is blocked or in the process of being deleted, how

can I cancel it? I have the access code

First you have to get our account working, then you can delete the child's account. You re not very specific as to what you mean by blocked.

● If a message says "your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes Store" or "You cannot login because your account has been locked", you might be able to request reactivation by tapping Continue right from the alert. If that does not work, Apple provides a link for this specific issue.
