How do I locate the IMEI on my iPhone 13

I just got a new iPhone 13. It is set to ATT and we can using tMobile. So the phone says SIM not supported. I'm told by the phone to go to the carrier to unlock. But ATT asks for' Don't know your IMEI? Call *#06# on your device, or go to your device settings to get it." But I'm just setting up the phone and I can't get to the settings, I guess because the phone isn't activated. It's not activated because the SIM is not supported. How do I get the IMEl # that att requires for unlocking this phone?

The IMEI number should be listed on the back of the box you got with the "new" iPhone. That said, you bought a carrier locked iPhone which is locked to AT&T. ONLY AT&T can unlock the phone. Not you. Not us. Not Apple. You'll have to work this out with AT&T, and since you're not an AT&T customer, they may not have any motivation to unlock the phone, especially if any contract fees are owed to them.
