Hello, I bought an iphone 12 1 days before and i just noticed when i plugged in the charger there are 2-3 seconds delay before start charging so is this normal or i have an issue with my device, it's happend with an original charge
But when Im use a normal charge, it takes no delay

It can sometimes take a few seconds for your device to start charging, this is a normal process as your device is conducting a "handshake" with the charger to ensure it can begin to safely charge.
You iPhone does not take 2-3 seconds to start charging......the original charger (which sounds like it is on the verge of failing)......is the product that is taking 2-3 seconds to activate.
You have proven this to yourself already by noting that there is no delay with a different power supply.
