How to disable "low battery" voice alerts on iPad Pro?

The last few days on iPad Pro 6th gen. I have been getting voice low battery alerts. Such as "low battery, low battery, low battery". The iPad is charged between 80-100% when this occurs. This voice alert happens every 15-30 minutes. How do I turn this alert off.

Also when charging has ended the charging icon starts flashing on and off with a dong noice.

Maybe I turned something on by accident.

You probably have an automation set up in Shortcuts to get those battery alerts. To check, open the Shortcuts app and select the Automation tab.
