itunes stopped downloading some podcasts

itunes will not let me download newer podcasts to my computer for about 50 percent of the ones i subscribe to. i can not download them from the store, but i can download them to my ipod. i have tried unsubribing, i deleted the podcasts, and i have reinstalled itunes, but nothing has worked. i have seen this question on here before but i never saw any conclusion.
