I buy a virtual currency worth 1.06 one time, and now i see a charge for 4.50?

I recently bought some virtual currency for 1.06. I get an error after exiting the app because i had a text message during the process of buying it. I rebuy it again and i dont exactly remember but i got a notifaction about being succesful and that my money was refunded or something like that. I was able to recive the virtual currency. I check my apple wallet and see i have a 4.50 charge after the 1.06 charge. I don't know if it is a glitch please help me find a way to get my 4.50 back.
