See the following from Set up an automatic reply in Mail on iCloud.com - Apple Support

Stop sending an automatic reply

If you don’t set a date range when you set up your autoreply, you can turn it off manually.

  1. In Mail on iCloud.com, click  at the top of the Mailboxes list, then choose Settings.
  2. Click Auto-Reply, then deselect “Automatically reply to messages when they are received.”

Sorry, I don't know of any way that one phone line can give two different voicemail messages except if you are using Microsoft Teams.

If you are using Teams, the following may help:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/manage-your-call-settings-in-microsoft-teams-456cb611-3477-496f-b31a-6ab752a7595f

and the following which is old and may no longer be accurate:

If you aren't using Teams, have you contacted your cellular carrier customer support to see if they can help?
