Tide Graph not Showing as an available Complication

I just got a new Apple Watch, the Ultra II. Tide Graph had been the upper left complication in my old watch. Now it is missing and not showing as an available Complication in the Watch application on my iPhone. What to do?

I have been using an iPhone app with Apple Watch support called "Tides" from 7th Gear

https://apps.apple.com/us/app/tide-charts/id957143504

The Apple Watch has a complication, but it is more like an hour hand complication. In this example, the tide is rising and is about 3/4 to high tide:

You can launch the app on your Apple Watch and get a chart. I almost never do, as the H/L complication is sufficient for me to figure out where the tide cycle is and whether it is rising or lowering.

There are other tide apps out there, so if this is not to your liking, you could try another.
