Reviewing an app

What is the point to review an app if the developper can block it? I tried to review gomining app which is a pure scam. It never appears on apple store. Worse, when i fill a scam alert apple tells me that i will never get an answer… in other word apple is protecting the scammer…

There are some misconceptions in your comments. Developers cannot block a review. I used to be a developer 10/12 years ago. I’ve maintained my paid fees each year, but there are no capabilities for a developer to block a review. Apple may block you from leaving reviews (yes plural) but that is all reviews, not just one specific developer. An example is if you’re using beta OS software. All your app reviews will be blocked, because the developer has not updated their app yet. In my experience the majority of developers (especially smaller developers) do not update for new OS releases until just before the anticipated relieves or shortly thereafter.

Apple welcomes your feedback about scammers, but never responds individually. Apple investigates all allegations and concerns in regard to scammers and takes appropriate action based on their review. It’s just not feasible to reply individually to sharing concerns.
