Can’t free up space by deleting photos in iOS 17

I had too many unwanted photos in my phone. My photos occupies 205 gb storage out of total 256 gb storage .now it is too slow and I have to use my iPhone 6s and 7 in 2024.the phone that I said was my 14 pro max…😭😭😭

When you delete a photo(s) on your iPhone, it’s temporarily stored in your >Recently Deleted< photo album in Apple Photos app. After 30 days, Photos app will automatically delete the temporarily stored photos. If you want to delete them before waiting 30 days to free up internal iPhone storage, please review the Apple Support article I have linked to below.
