I have only used apple gift cards for purchases when i play games for two years, i recently found out that the whole time my debit card was charged every time, how do i prove this to apple?

When you redeem your Gift Card, the money goes into your Apple Account balance. Any purchases you make will first be deducted from your Account balance until it is empty. If there is not enough money in your Apple Account balance, then your Debit Card will be charged.
You can verify at any time how much money is left in your Apple Account. It would appear that you just made more purchases than the amount you had added to your account using Gift Cards. You can view your Purchase History to confirm:

When you redeemed the Gift Cards, did you see the money added to your Account Balance?
Are you claiming they charged your Account Balance and Debit card the same amount at the same time?
Do you have a card on file or not. You claim both that "they still charged the debit card I had on file" and "I have no card on file with apple for anything!". It is normal to charge your payment method after your Account Balance has been used up first.
I redeemed gift cards for the last two years month after month & they still charged the debit card I had on file I’ve been digging & found $300 worth of gift cards plus I can get copies of the 6 or 7 temporary visas I get from Kool.com from entering codes off cig packs! That’s why I have no card on file with apple for anything!! I don’t trust them at all! I’m sure they won’t even listen to me about the cards I found! I May not not have a good memory but just mess with my money I remember everything when it comes to my money…
