Cannot Access iTunes Extras on Apple TV or Apple TV App on iPhone
For at least 6 months, I have noticed sometimes movies I have previously purchased do not allow me to access their iTunes Extras, even though I purchased them in HD with the Extras.
I have already tried the troubleshooting steps at this link of a Knowledge Base article: If you can't view your iTunes Extras - Apple Support
I even tried live-chatting with Apple Support but they didn’t understand the issue so I gave up.
Anyone else experiencing this, find any solutions or answers?
