Using iPad Air as a monitor for 4K camera with capture dongle

I have an HDMI to USB-C capture dongle that is capable of receiving a 4K input over HDMI. There are a number of Apps such as Orion that can accept the camera HDMI input in 1080/50P but they do not accept it if the camera is set to 3840 (4K). Does anyone know of an app that will work with a native 4K input? Please note that the iPad works perfectly with these apps if the camera is set to output HD.
