Watch stopped receiving connection to iPhone. There is a software update but it will not accept the download. I have enough storage. I also rebooted both the watch and phone. Any suggestions?

Make sure you aren't on the ios 18 beta, my watch wouldn't update or re pair to my phone until i downgraded back to ios 17
