I'm trying to capture audio & video of an app, but want to mute anything coming in through the phone's mic. Is there an app anyone can suggest that can do this? I apologize in advance if the answer is obvious -- I don't have an iPhone myself & am trying to help out a family member.
Any help anyone could provide would be greatly appreciated!

If you're using the screen recording option from Control Center, you can hold down the button and toggle the microphone from there.

Thank you for your reply. Am I understanding you correctly -- the Control Center screen recorder captures the internal audio by default, and toggling the microphone mutes the external microphone?
Also the Control Center screen recorder only captures in 720p, right?
