Magnet on phone Hot?

Hi I have a magnet on the back of my phone, and when i charge i feel that it gets hotter. is this because of the magnet, should i take it off?

When using a MagSafe charger, it is ideal to not use your iPhone while charging to prevent it from becoming warmer. It is normal for a magnetic charger to generate more heat compared to a cable charger because it has to transfer power through the back glass with coils instead of directly with a cable.
