How to cancel JustFit app subscription.

I was told there is a 7 days free trial but I was charged on the first day. I already cancelled the subscription. How do I get the refund?

Being charged for a subscription that I canceled the same day I downloaded an app (Photo Director) it said seven day free trial..right after I downloaded it, within a few minutes. I cancelled it..They charged me 79.99. They won’t refund my money…I’ve tried twice….I’ve spoken to someone, I’ve chatted with someone. This is so unfair.

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it; otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
