iOS 12 is the end of the line for the iPhone 6, a phone released nearly ten years ago. No updates to iOS 13 or later are, or will be, available for the iPhone 6.
If you need to run apps that require something more recent than iOS 12, then you need to buy a newer iPhone, preferably one that will be compatible with iOS 18 when iOS 18 is released. There is a list of compatible phones on the iOS 18 Preview page.
