I’ve tried everything described in the other post on this and none of it works (scribble disabled). This is the only app I experience this in. Drives me nuts! Please help.

If the problem cannot be addressed by (a) performing a forced-restart of the iPad, or (b) deleting the App from your iPad and re-installing from the App Store - you would be best advised to report the issue to the App Developer:
