I really need to change the country/region in my Apple ID in order to download the local school app.

I canceled my Apple Music subscription, but I still can't change the region.

Please reset my account and the subscription period that remains until 08/25/2024, please cancel this subscription without waiting until 08/25/24, I will not use it, if it helps

Changing store country is not a trivial endeavor. The system is set up to only facilitate doing this if you are moving to the other country to take up residency. It makes it difficult for people to temporarily change country settings to do things such as get around distribution restrictions only allowing them to buy items available in the country where they live.
