Standby mode on my new iPhone 15 Pro Max will not go into standby mode at all. It’s turned on in settings, has an updated iOS, and an Apple USB-C cord. Also, my home screens will not go into landscape mode, and portrait mode is not locked in control center. YouTube and Safari and games do go into landscape mode.

Spoke to Apple today, and after toggling Standby Mode to off, rebooting iPhone, and turning Standby Mode on again fixed the Standby issue. Landscape mode for Home Screen and Apps for non-Plus iPhones has been sunset and is not available for any other iPhones models including Pro and Pro Max. The Apple Support agent said this is not yet documented in any of Apple's online support articles.
