My Mac Mail Settings window is suddenly maximized as seen on screenshot
Please help!
I have found a problem and therefore the solution too.
By mistake I have pasted my signature (with small print) into the signature description field. This caused that whole Mail app settings were widened to match the text width. Text had several lines and first one was my name and line that caused problem was out-of-the-view.
Hope this helps someone else too, because it is a "stupid" problem that generates lots of solutions of the same kind, that do not work (one suggested migration to other user account, luckily I didn't listen)

Check you setting in Displays.
