Apple podcast shows disappeared

Under my apple podcast library / “shows” I have been following many podcasts for a long tine. I listen to them daily. Suddenly there are no shows listed in my library. They have all disappeared. I can’t search for all my shows and re-follow them, that would take so much time and I wouldn’t remember them all. How do I get them back?
