Am I able to watch a movie from my MacBook Air to a Samsung Smart TV using an Android converter?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 14.5

Check the TV specs. It may support Apple AirPlay.

I have a few year old Samsung TV and it supports AirPlay from any Apple device as long as they are on the same WiFi network.


For using AirPlay on the Samsung check the manual on how to set up. As far as on the Apple device:
