I keep seeing other bluetooth devices other than my own, and I would rather not. Is there a way to remove the visibility of these?

On my iMac when I look at my bluetooth devices to connect my device, I also see other devices that are not mine. Is there a way to Not see these. It bugs me that I am seeing my neighbors television, or phone or sound bar.

iMac 27″, macOS 12.7

Unfortunately, no. Anything that populates the Nearby Devices in the Bluetooth panel only provides a Connect button and not a Forget This Device as is provided by paired devices.

If it is a recognizable Bluetooth device that you own, consider disabling its Bluetooth to prevent the appearance on your Mac's Bluetooth Settings… panel.
