My Mac Pro cannot open email from iCloud. This message cannot be loaded at this time. Try again later.

For about 2 weeks while using Mac Pro, whether using MacMail or iCloud I cannot open email getting the message: This message cannot be loaded at this time. Try again later. This happens on Safari, Firefox, Chrome, MacMail. My mail DOES open properly on my iPhone, this seems to be a Mac Pro issue. Suggestions?
