FaceTime not answering on my MacBook Pro
Hi - when someone calls me on FaceTime I see the notification on my MacBook but when I accept the call fails. can anyone help me with this?

If FaceTime has been working ok in the past:
Wondering if updating your Mac to the latest MacOS may help:
(ie: provides important bug fixes and security updates.)
What's new in the updates for macOS Sonoma - Apple Support says MacOS 14.6 is the newest update
Else, If already using MacOS 14.6, first try quitting FaceTime, and restarting your Mac: Eg: Apple Menu > Restart
Log back in, and test to see if you can now receive FaceTime calls,
