Including the users APPLE ID and DEVICE equipment auto inserted. FEEDBACK on every page at the source could incentivize more user input and community building among stakeholders.

The forum software is a huge, complex thing. The Hosts do not give a direct way to provide feedback on it. It's probable that they simple don't have the bandwidth to deal with it.

It will get auto-inserted if you have your profile set up to do that and if you keep it updated.
FEEDBACK on every page at the source could incentivize more user input and community building among stakeholders.
I think the Hosts want to "incentivize" more participation from "stakeholders" not more complaints.
