Folder icon has a red circle with an X sign in it

What does it mean when a folder icon has a red circle with a minus sign in it at the bottom right corner of the folder icon?

Thanks!! Yes, it is on Dropbox. Do you know how to fix is? I just transferred this folder from a harddrive to my Dropbox.

If you have any AntiVirus software installed, that would be the number one problem. Other than that, review the support article provided by Dropbox to deal with issues syncing the folder.
