Audio drift when downloading with iCloud (iPhone 12 to Windows 10 Home)

I download with Google Drive, uploading the video in my iPhone to Google Drive, and then accessing Google Drive in my PC (browser) and downloading from there. The video is intact. This is just too many steps and slow.

I then tried downloading with a cable directly with my PC, the video is damaged, it has audio drift.

Then I tried with iCloud. First letting the system sync and then downloading the video accessing iCloud in my PC (browser), same thing, audio drift. I tried all the downloading options, same problem.

How can I fix it?
