I have a newly reset iPhone 7 with new battery.
Without using at all, the battery goes down about 10-15% an hr.
Battery health is 100%
I've turned off some things and also put on airplane mode.
It still goes down with no use

Who installed the new battery for you? If you had Apple or an authorized Apple repair facility do it, make an appointment to have them check it.
