iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro Service Program for No Sound Issues. not provided for my iphone can someon help?

I am writing about a known issue with my iPhone 12 pro covered under this service program: Apple Support - iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro Service Program for No Sound Issues.

I contacted support on July 18, 2024, which is 3 years and 12 days after my purchase date. Despite the program's 3-year coverage limit, the service center confirmed that my phone's no sound issue is a manufacturing defect and that the phone is otherwise in good condition. So my question is why are you giving services for a known issue/manufacturing defect for 3 years only?

Given this, I request that you reconsider my eligibility for the service. I got the issue after 3 years and 12 days so why am i not eligible?
