I like to listen to my podcasts from oldest to newest. Even though that setting is set correctly some of my podcast do not play in that order.

This confused me, too, but I realized you can pick the order for each individual podcast, instead of for all podcasts. So some can go oldest to newest, while others go newest to oldest.
To change it for the podcast you are listening you have to click “Go to Show” in the top right, then from the show’s main page click in the top right and go to “Settings,” and there you will see “Episode Order.”

When I say I set it to play oldest to newest that’s exactly what I do and it still doesn’t play in the order. That is the whole point of my post. Settings are not working.
