I recently got the new iPad Pro 13in M4. I transferred everything from my old iPad and now I’m receiving multiple notifications of the same thing from my banking app within a minute. All within a seconds of each other.
Consider removing the offending App from your iPad - and then perform a forced-restart before reinstalling the App from the App Store.
