Bug detected in the Collapse to Connected Storyline function

Since the latest version of Final Cut, the Collapse to Connected Storyline and Overwrite to Primary Storyline functions are not working correctly.

Does anyone know how to bring this issue to the software developers?

Thanks

Submit it as a bug report to Apple here: Feedback - Final Cut Pro - Apple

Normally, I use this function a lot to handle secondary camera B Roll edits over the main montage. I stack clips so that the rhythm of the montage works narratively or with the music. Once approved or once I like the montage, I collapse the clips into a storyline over the main line, and if necessary, I collapse to the main timeline. Until the previous version, either option worked correctly, but now it has to be done manually because they no longer work properly. I hope it's clear in the video clip in the link.
