Why is it not possible to search a podcast by language?

Obviously, the most important attribute of a podcast is language. You need to know a language to listen a podcast in that language. So searching or filtering by language should be the main feature of a podcast app. It is not. In the Apple podcast app there is no way to search by language. So, if you are searching for a podcast of cosmology in Italian language, you get also all podcasts of cosmology in Spanish language, singe the term “cosmologia” is similar in both language (apart an accent).
