How to unlock iPhone without passcode?
Family member does not remember passcode to unlock phone. They incarcerated. Have power of attorney. Can Apple help unlock phone?

A forgotten passcode requires a device reset. The passcode is know only to the user. Apple may be able to unlock the device with original proof of purchase; that to will erase the device.
