Tickets purchased through moshtix don’t have the ‘add to apple wallet’. But it does have the download to wallet feature - however tickets nowhere to be found
how can I add them to my apple wallet?

You’re welcome! Yes, that’s basically correct. There are third party apps in the Apple App Store that allow you to create a card. Pass2U Wallet is one frequently mentioned.

Tickets are added via the ticket issuers secure website or mobile app. This is a safety and security feature.
