How do I sync my mac to a specific phone under my Apple ID, rather than all of them?

My kids all use my Apple ID (not through Family Sharing) and are listed as devices under my name. All of our texts, calendars, camera rolls, etc, are separate and we’ve never had issues with this. I have a MacBook that only connects to my own phone, so I can only see my texts and such, but I can’t seem to figure out how to achieve this for my daughter. We recently got her a MacBook Air 13” and are struggling to connect it to her phone and only her phone. The Mac seems to be connected to all of our devices, meaning she receives her own texts as well as mine and her brother’s. I was able to connect my own Mac to just my phone, but that may be because I’m the owner of the Apple ID. How do I make it so her Mac is only connected to her phone, and not ours? I’m aware of how to connect her camera roll, but my main concern is her texts and calendar. She has an iPhone 14 for context.
