podcast app pop up driving me crazy please help me delete it

I want to delete the entire app. I cannot go more than 1 minute without a pop up interrupting asking me to sign in. I have signed in. The pop up keeps asking me to sign in. I regret even trying to use the podcast app at this point and I would prefer to just delete it all together rather than deal with this headache. How can I do this, it is not straightforward and I am not tech savvy.
