iPhone 13 screen glitching and turning pink

Whenever i open my phone, on my home screen it glitches and turns pink and little bits of it are multicoloured (look like a typical glitched screen). And sometimes my screen freezes and sometimes it shuts down completely. It’s so annoying and I haven’t done anything to my phone, there are no cracks on my screen and no damage. I have looked everywhere for a solution but theres nothing and no one is having the same problem as me. I have tried restarting and updating my device but it didn’t do anything. It appears constantly when I use my phone, I cannot use my phone without it happening atleast 3 times. Please can someone help me.
